She remains practicing at the same location 717 Broadway, Dunedin, FL a few doors south of the Dunedin Chamber of Commerce building at Main & Broadway.
Susan continues specializing in the sale of residential, single-family homes, historical homes and homes with older charm, villas, town homes, condominiums, waterfront properties including beach, gulf, intercoastal and the bayside. She is an expert on Dunedin waterfront locations, Clearwater, Palm Harbor, Ozona, Safety Harbor, Crystal Beach, Tarpon Springs, and the local Gulf beaches.

Susan grew up in the Dunedin and Clearwater communities, attended local schools and has seen a lot of changes, but she says she is glad to see some things stay the same. Susan takes great pride in the historical Dunedin community and has served as President of the Dunedin Historical Museum 501(c) (3) for 10 years, Vice-President for 6 years, and currently serving as a board Trustee for over 23 years. As a community leader, she previously served on the Executive Committee of the Dunedin Chamber of Commerce and served as a past director on the Chamber Board. She has served on the newly formed Dunedin Chamber Cultural and Educational Foundation, Inc. a 501(c)(3) for 4 years. The Foundation promotes & plans, administers various arts, culture, education and building preservation. Susan believes that giving back to the community is vital.
She is a member of the Pinellas Realtor Organization and a member of the Florida and National Association of Realtors. She previously was licensed in the State of Virginia as a Broker and served on committees with the local board of the New River Valley, Public Relations Chairperson, Professional Designation Co-Chairperson, Co-Chairperson of Make America Better which won State Award in 1982. Susan received the Beatrice Donoghue designation of Mrs. Delightful Dunedin for year 2014-2015, presented by the Chamber of Commerce.
She also received the Distinguished Medal of Service from the Pinellas Realtor Association at the end of 2018, for service to the Dunedin Historical Museum and her community.
